The inaugural exhibition at PRAx, “Sonic Booms: How the Sound and Science of Technology Created Pop Music,”reveals how scientific and technological advancements have shaped pop music over the past 150 years. We designed this exhibit to highlight the intersection of innovation and music-making.

In addition to historical artifacts — including the original Mini-Moog synthesizer and a 19th-century wax cylinder player invented by Thomas Edison — the exhibition features interactive displays that invite visitors to engage with the history they’re exploring. Try your hand at creating hip-hop beats, mixing a record, and experiencing how recording fidelity has evolved through the decades.

An inside look at the ART WORKS' exhibit BLOOD/STONES: Burmese Rubies.

BLOOD/STONES: Burmese Rubies is a new multi-media exhibition featuring the photographs of Christian Holst. The exhibit offers an intimate view of the Burmese ruby trade—the enormous wealth it generates, and the effect it has on the country’s most precious resource, its citizens. Holst’s photographs address failures in education and health care, oppressive military and government rule, ethnic discrimination and cleansing, and other atrocities. At the same time, his photographs show the beauty of the country, the resilience of the people, and the power of peaceful protest.

For the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Sunset Run, we created a cohesive visual identity that included a custom-designed logo and original illustrated graphics. Our work extended across all marketing materials, run signage — including the start and finish lines and mile markers — as well as web and social media content. The design captured the energy of the event while celebrating the Dodgers’ legacy, ensuring a memorable experience for participants and fans alike.

A simple anthem performance turned into something special. After the LA Kings won a game with the Harmonica Class from the Koreatown Senior & Community Center performing, the team brought them back for the playoffs—and called us with a fun challenge.
